Since 1967, LBBC has recognizing residential, businesses, and civic projects with Beautification Awards for their contributions in beautifying Laguna Beach.
The Harry Lawrence Award of Excellence was conceived in 2013 as a way to honor the memory of Harry, and to acknowledge a resident, business or individual that has shown exceptional passion for the beautification of Laguna Beach.
